Did you know that all manufacturers’ warranties are only upheld if your Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) is serviced annually by a qualified engineer?
It is also an RHI regulation that your system is serviced throughout the 7 years of the RHI payback. An annual service will not only guarantee the performance of your system – it will also prolong its lifespan, saving you money.
Domestic Heating Team can carry out your annual service for £180, or you can take out a service cover plan for added peace of mind, ensuring your service is taken care of and you are protected should you have any out-of-hours issues.

If you have no heating or hot water, we can arrange a call-out; however, this will be chargeable.
Service & Emergency Cover
For only £27.00 per month
With Domestic Heating Team Service & Emergency Response Cover, your annual heat pump service is taken care of and you are protected if you are left without heating or hot water.
Your cover includes:
- Annual Air Source Heat Pump Service & Safety Check
- Annual complete system service including cylinder
- Like for like replacement of Air Source Heat Pump for units still within manufactures warranty given on installation
- Unlimited free call-outs Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm for ASHP issues
- 24-hour technical help & support
- Engineer’s advice on your central heating system
- Unlimited free call-outs 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 8am–6pm for heating & hot water emergency breakdowns only

For only £40.00 per month
Our Full Premier Heat Pump Cover offers complete peace of mind, ensuring any issues with your heating system are dealt with immediately – even out of hours!
Your cover includes:
