Your Domestic Heating Team Boiler and Controls Breakdown plan covers you for emergency gas or water leaks within your boiler – no matter the time or the day. It also keeps your boiler in top condition with an annual Domestic Heating Team boiler service.
Your cover includes:
- 24 hour over-the-phone technical help & support
- Engineer’s advice on matters relating to your central heating system
- 24 hour, 365 days a year free of charge priority call-out service for gas or water leak emergencies within your boiler
- 7 days a week, 8am–8pm repair service on boiler breakdowns
- Unlimited call-outs related to your service cover
- Parts & labour included
- Annual boiler service and safety check

Domestic Heating Team Full Home Heating & Plumbing Breakdown Cover
For only £21.00 per month
Your Full Home Heating and Plumbing Cover protects you against all heating system, internal plumbing, and internal gas pipework emergencies. Our helpline is open 24 hours a day, every day – and parts and labour to repair system breakdowns are included in your plan. You also get unlimited call-outs and an annual boiler service.

Domestic Heating Team Electrical Cover
For only £7.50 per month
Your cover includes:
- Repairs to electrical wiring and fixtures inside your home (and outbuildings without separate power supplies)
- Parts and labour included for standard replacement fittings (standard white plastic fitting unless an alternative is provided)
- Unlimited call-outs
- Electrician’s advice on matters relating to your electrics
Domestic Heating Team Drainage Cover
For only £7.50 per month
Your Domestic Heating Team Drainage Cover includes the unblocking and repair of domestic drains or rainwater drains inside your property and within the boundary of your property.
Your Cover includes:
- Restoring flow by getting to and unblocking or repairing drainage pipes and waste pipes (for example, unblocking sinks, waste and rainwater drains). This applies to pipes within the boundary of your property but only where you have sole responsibility for the pipes (this does not include public or shared drains even if these are within the boundary of your property).
- Limit for parts and labour on drains: Parts and labour are included up to £1,000 (including VAT) to access your system and make repairs.
- Unlimited Call Outs.

Air Source Heat Pump Service & Maintenance
Did you know that all manufacturers’ warranties are only upheld if your Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) is serviced annually by a qualified engineer?
It is also an RHI regulation that your system is serviced throughout the 7 years of the RHI payback. An annual service will not only guarantee the performance of your system – it will also prolong its lifespan, saving you money.
Domestic Heating Team can carry out your annual service for £180, or you can take out a service cover plan for added peace of mind, ensuring your service is taken care of and you are protected should you have any out-of-hours issues.

Our Full Premier Heat Pump Cover offers complete peace of mind, ensuring any issues with your heating system are dealt with immediately – even out of hours!
